Spring 2020
Portugal

Let's explore the steep streets and magnificently tiled buildings of Porto,  take a boat ride on the Douro, sit down with an olive oil sommelier, and sip Alicante Bouchet by the pool. We’ll stop for Pasteis de Nata more than once, and dine on seafood at a magnificent beach just south of Lisbon. 8 days / 7 nights

Northern Italy
June 2 - June 9, 2020
$4000 per person

On this mountain-lover's tour of Italy, we'll hike to pyrimidi in the Dolomites, visit a "mieleria" in the Valtelina, drink high-altitude Pinot Noir and Manzoni Bianco, and ride the Bernina Express up the narrowest valley you've ever seen. Canederli and pizzoccheri will be on the menu, as well as rustic mountain cheeses and cured meats. 8 days / 7 nights

Fall 2020
Catalonia
September 15 - September 22, 2020
$3500 per person

We'll meet in the walled city of Girona, sleep near the beach, visit a half-dozen passionate young winemakers, and indulge in copious amounts of seafood and Jamon Iberico. Expect to drink your fair share of cava and picnic among the vines.  8 days / 7 nights

The Saone and Rhône around Lyon
October 22 - October 29, 2020
$3500 per person

Long known as a culinary mecca within France, Lyon often escapes the curiosity of those headed for bigger European cities. Home to a wealth of independent producers of cheese, chocolate, and charcuterie, Lyon has some of the most stunning outdoor markets we've seen. We'll do loads of cooking together in our own private home, with a day trips to visit our favorite winemakers in the northern Rhône, Beaujolais, Ardeche, Savoie, and Roanne. 8 days / 7 nights
